How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Whole-bean stays vibrant for ≈ 60 days sealed. Ground coffee is best within 3 weeks of arrival. Store both in a cool, dry place.

When will my Founder’s Batch ship?

We’re collecting pre-orders until June 10. We’ll roast fresh and dispatch all bags starting June 15. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves our roastery.

Ground vs. whole-bean—what’s right for me?

Whole-bean locks in maximum aroma. No grinder? Our medium grind is tuned for drip, French press, and moka-pot.
